This version expands Pizzicato-Polka into a flexible percussion ensemble setting.

The material may be distributed across mallet percussion instruments, allowing for varied ensemble sizes and technical levels. Parts can be reduced or divided among players, making the piece adaptable to different performance contexts — from educational settings to larger concert presentations.

While remaining faithful to the character and form of the original, this version explores a broader colouristic range than the trio setting.

A Marimba Trio version (three players on one instrument) also exists.
