This sextet version of Aurora was arranged for the joint concert programme Kernöl on the Road by Quetsch ‘n’ Vibes and Quetschklampfa.

The fundamental structure of the original — based on a repeating four-chord loop and a gradually unfolding melody — remains intact. The layered texture, originally realised in the studio through overdubs, is redistributed across six performers and transferred into a fully live ensemble setting.

The overall dynamic arc is preserved: a gradual build-up toward a central climax, followed by a reduction of the material and a return to the underlying loop.

This version is recorded on the album Kernöl on the Road by Quetsch ‘n’ Vibes and Quetschklampfa.
The original version appears on the album Zwischen zwei Welten by Quetsch ‘n’ Vibes.
